Four engagements.
Each is sized to a venue, a show, or a run. Each is framed by what it’s for — the audience in the room, not a line item on a sponsorship deck.

Access Consultants
Embed access expertise into the production from day one.
A producer brings ACCESS Broadway NY into the room for the table read, the production meetings, and the access-relevant design decisions. The result: ASL, BSL, audio description, and Touch Tours land on the calendar with the rest of the schedule, not as a Friday-night scramble.
Helped Public Theater scope and staff ASL-shadowed Shakespeare in the Park performances at the Delacorte from pre-production through close.
Discuss a productionAccessibility Education
Train the team that already touches the show.
House management, ushers, stage management, marketing, and front-of-house each have a part of the access experience. ACCESS Broadway NY runs targeted training so every role on the production knows what their job is when a disabled patron arrives.
Trained the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center crew, the Public Theater front-of-house teams, and a national-tour cast and crew on access-as-craft principles.
Book a workshopImplementation Planning
Translate a strategy into a production calendar.
Most venues already know they want to be more accessible. The blocker is the next step. ACCESS Broadway NY writes the implementation plan: which performances, which formats, who books which interpreters, what the marketing copy reads, what the seat map looks like.
Built the access plan for a 14-city Into the Woods national tour, with local interpreters credentialed in advance of every city.
Plan your seasonAccess Audits
A close-the-loop review after a run ends.
After the show closes, ACCESS Broadway NY reviews the run: what worked, what didn’t, where the access friction lived, what to fix before the next show. Delivered as a written audit the producer can hand to the next venue, the next director, the next funder.
Delivered access audits to producers, presenting venues, and foundations — a written report the team can hand to the next director, the next venue, the next funder.

Not sure which one fits the work?
Tell us what the show is and what stage it’s at. Maria or Nikkia will tell you which engagement makes sense — or whether none of them do.
